🎙Systems Check™ Podcast
Hosted by Naina, LCSW — licensed therapist, former tech insider, and burnout specialist — Systems Check examines the human operating system behind leadership, ambition, and relationships. Through candid solo episodes and expert conversations, we explore how your nervous system, decision-making patterns, and relational dynamics quietly shape performance at work and at home. We look at burnout through the lens of chronic illness, couples and family systems, and substance and behavioral patterns — because high demand doesn't happen in a vacuum.
This isn't therapy. It's a strategic audit.

I sat down with Dr. Mickey Fitch-Collins, a human skills facilitator at Learnit and doctoral researcher who spent years interviewing middle managers about their lived experiences.
I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. I'm looking forward to incorporating some of these ideas into my work with middle managers and organizations.
Give it a listen and let me know what resonates with you most.
ABOUT THE HOST
Naina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with a background that most therapists don't have: five years as a Lead Sales Training Coordinator inside a high-growth SaaS company before entering clinical practice.
She founded Peakworks Counseling Center in Connecticut, where she works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, chronic illness, burnout, relationship strain, and addictions. Her clinical approach bridges Western evidence-based frameworks with Eastern philosophical principles — analytical enough for high performers, grounded enough for real life.
Systems Check™ was born from a simple observation: the people who most need support are often the ones who look least like they need it. Naina built this show for them.
