Naina Rana, LCSW
Hello, I’m Naina — a therapist, wheelchair user, South Asian woman, and second-generation Nepalese American. I bring both personal and professional insight into the complex dynamics of relationships, resilience, and identity. I deeply value meaningful connections and understand how important it is to also protect your boundaries, balance, and peace along the way.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent six years in the software industry, where I learned how to find creative solutions and adapt in challenging situations. That experience shaped my approach to therapy — I believe structure and planning matter, but so do flexibility, innovation, and compassion.
As the founder of Peakworks Counseling Center, I’m committed to helping my clients achieve their goals in practical and deeply meaningful ways. My own experiences have taught me that growth isn’t about perfection — it’s about learning how to adapt, build resilience, and create sustainable paths toward the life and relationships you want.
